Extremely disappointing. I had to wait for an appointment for 2 months only to find out he was not able to do anything for me. His receptionists are not very friendly. I even called ahead of time to see if I could have gel injections in knees and was told yes and when I got there was told no as the insurance had to approve this and it would take 10 days for approval. $250 later I got nothing for my money out of pocket.

I’ve been going to Dr Mullen for many years!! He’s helped with my knee and dislocated shoulder!! He’s 100% honest and knows what he’s doing!! I e sent many friends and family members to him and he’s helped them ! Great Dr, Great surgeon and Great staff!! 100% recommended !!

I referred people to this doctor for about seven years. I needed him yesterday and so I left a message and to find out that the office doesn’t even return phone calls. They think they got my message but because they don’t work on fingers they chose not to call me back. Ok great idea lol

My experience with Dr. Mullen was A++ from beginning to end. His demeanor and willingness to be patient and answer questions was appreciated. On our first visit he asked if I had seen my x-rays. My response was “yes and I need knee replacement right?“ My answer was based on another visit I had with a different doctor a couple of years before. I’ve been seeing Dr Mullen for years for shoulder and knee issues. He’s helped a great deal.I love and appreciate the time he takes explaining things and answering questions. I also appreciate how personable and caring he is. Lastly, whether I want to hear it or not, I appreciate how he tells me the truth, always with professionalism and a touch of humor.
