Dr. Kelley was so knowledgeable and understanding. He oversaw my throat cancer treatment and saved me from some unnecessary procedures and shortened time I needed my port to stay in. He explains everything in a non-judgmental way. He's the best.
I have been seeing Dr. Kelley for over a decade ever since I relocated from PA. where I had been being treated for High-Grade-Dysplasia since 1997. Doctor Kelley came highly recommended and he scheduled periodic examinations and was able to diagnose my Cancer in its very early stage. He performed Laser-Surgery and after a Biopsy, removed the growth. I am now Cancer free (six years) with thanks to God and Doctor Kelley. I was hoping to see Dr. Gaul and got Dr. Kelly, whom I had never been seen by before. I found Dr. Kelley to have little personality, he came off as condescending and he had ZERO bedside manner. He acted almost as if I was wasting his time. Time will tell whether his diagnosis and treatment work. If not, I will find another practice if I can't see Dr. Gaul.
Doctor Kelley may very well be a fine physician but he didn't follow up with me following a surgical procedure. At another office of the same clinic a diagnosis was made by a P.A. Upon entering Doctor Kelley's office, he made no effort to confirm the finding of the P.A.
Dr. Kelley is wonderful! He sits beside you and looks directly at you when he is talking to you. He takes a sheet a paper with your medical information and draws a picture of what is "going on" as he is explaining everything thoroughly and in lay terms. He engages you in the conversation about your medical situation and allows you to be the one in charge of any decision you make while letting you know he is there to help you, support you and worry for you! I have the utmost confidence in him
He explains everything in much detail and has a great sense of humor and manners. He gave me all the time needed, I didn't feel rushed.
