Receiptionist today at 1:20 was very rude young lady with long black hair...her tone of voice was not nice and very curt she shouldn't be a receptionist..young black lady wearing blue uniform (in case you want to monitor her for other complaints)she had to ask me twice for my last name even after I spelled it out the first time! Dr Cyran and his staff a wonderful people Sue his assistant is wonderful. Also, she is an asset to his staff and Dr Cyran listen to your problem and helps you with your health needs I highly recommend him
Optum and this office are a mess. I spent the last five minutes of their work day on hold while no one answered. My loved one is a patient and very sick. No one answers the office line, no one answers the emergency line and one of the optum “advocates” hung up on me because she didn’t know what to do. Thank god this wasn’t a serious medical emergency because my loved one would go prior to getting a call back.
