from staff to the doctor, they do not listen. as least i hope its that they dont listen bc the interactions were very basic but it took many days, many calls from other providers, to finally get the wrong information from them. never again will we go to this provider.
The whole experience Was top notch. Not a fan of going to the Doctors but it was a positive experience
I have had a problem with breathing and a cough that was very bad for over 7 weeks. On Friday Aug 24 I went to see him. I have to go to another doctor for a situation I have been dealing with that Dr Cyran has nothing to do with. But the other doctor that Cyran has been fully aware of insists that I see him for physical health issues. The other doctor also does bloodwork on me. Receiptionist today at 1:20 was very rude young lady with long black hair...her tone of voice was not nice and very curt she shouldn't be a receptionist..young black lady wearing blue uniform (in case you want to monitor her for other complaints)she had to ask me twice for my last name even after I spelled it out the first time! I thought my appointment was today but its tomorrow BUT receptionist told me I cant be seen until I change DR.
