Dr Cyran and his staff a wonderful people Sue his assistant is wonderful. Also, she is an asset to his staff and Dr Cyran listen to your problem and helps you with your health needs I highly recommend him
Optum and this office are a mess. I spent the last five minutes of their work day on hold while no one answered. My loved one is a patient and very sick. No one answers the office line, no one answers the emergency line and one of the optum “advocates” hung up on me because she didn’t know what to do. Thank god this wasn’t a serious medical emergency because my loved one would go prior to getting a call back. Good doctor No longer pro health Now Optum health services??? Calling Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday leaving messages talking to people trying to get One prescription REFILL nobody calls me back? People I’ve spoken with assured me they would have Doctor fill prescription ! nobody gets anything done nobody knows anything-My Drugstore keeps texting me that the prescription had not been refilled? Totally dysfunctional office now?
