I placed my order in August. The process was very easy and straightforward. I simply texted them that I wanted to place an order and went to the bank to make the deposit in their account. It was ready for pickup from my local Fed Ex, exactly 6 weeks from the order date. The chain itself is absolutely beautiful and the quality is exceptional. I am very glad that I went with DJI for this piece. They made this entire process very easy and I will definitely purchase with them again in the future for any other needs.

Great quality and craftsmanship, but once you have paid don’t expect any after sales help or even a reply to an email. Once they have your money that’s the end of it To your reply: I emailed you multiple times and tried contacting you from my account on your website and had no response. Please don’t lie

Amazing experience buying from Daniel Jewelry. I live in NY so I used their website and called them to place my order. My chain came looking even better than expected . I’m 100% happy with my purchase. Their customer service and communication was also amazing the entire time. I had many questions and concerns since I was buying from out of state and needed the chain shipped, but the team there made sure I was re assured the entire time.
