I would like to recommend Daniel James Residential to anyone selling a property. My sister and I inherited our mother's house after she passed away and we decided to sell it with Daniel. We bought our house through Daniel James, the initial agent we spoke to was Jane, but we dealt with Daniel directly in the completion stage. We have dealt with many estate agents in the area, most of them rubbish. No knowledge of local area, no knowledge of the property, no enthusiasm. Daniel started the house moving journey with us back in June 2024. Within 2 weeks on the market we had a solid buyer who offered us 98% of the asking price.
