Dr. Gesek removed my daughter's wisdom teeth. 1st, it's a surgery factory, he gives each surgery under a half hour. But worse than that, I spent 6 post-surgery days trying to get a human on the phone and never could. I left message after message and text after text. They never called in her pain medication. I even left a message that she's having complications and increased swelling, and still nothing. I've had to sit by helplessly and watch my child cry for almost a week in pain. This is the worst medical person we’ve ever come in contact with. I won’t even call him a doctor. He is rude, condescending, and after reading the reviews, I see why. His staff is rude and cancels appointments because they can’t confirm, but you can’t call in and talk to anybody, but nobody calls and tries to confirm… No missed calls, no left voicemail., I won’t even go into the experience that we had today because it is horrific, but he has been reported to the medical board and the Better Business Bureau. Don’t go to him.
He's clearly a man of great expertise and wisdom. I had a difficult molar extraction; it was a big tooth with long roots, and he quickly and efficiently removed it for me. It had to be broken in two to come out, and Dr. Gesek did this like it was no problem, and I'm healing up great. Thank God we have experienced oral surgeons like him to turn to when we suffer. He is an amazing man.
If I could give them a ZERO I would!!My daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed by Dr Gesek.And he had no compassion. He gave her numbing shots while she was shaking and in pain without remorse. He didn’t even wait for the numbing shots to be in effect and pulled out her teeth while she was screaming in pain and he didn’t care. I noticed that all the staff was consistently doing their job. Dr. Gesek is very professional, he knows what it is he’s doing and gets the job done at a good pace… I had a full mouth extraction done in no more than 15 mins and didn’t feel a thing… I recommend Dr. Gesek…
They have corrupt billing practices at this office! My son was referred for a procedure in August. They are participating with my Florida Blue plan which was to be billed. However, the claim was never submitted to Blue Cross and they continue to bill me for the full cost of the procedure. Please be cautious!
A procedure was performed by Dr Gesek for my son in August. They are in network with Florida Blue, which was to be billed for the procedure. Now, two months later - they have sent me the second bill for the cost of this procedure and Blue Cross never received the claim. Be cautious! These are very questionable billing practices!
