Was recommended by urgent care...no knock on the doctor but the woman who called me back to confirm the appointment (she had my insurance info already) couldn't care less about the fact that I had an injury....the first words out of her mouth were what my deductible was and how they want cash up front. If they are getting ripped off by folks who have my insurance coverage and work for the company I do (doubt it very much) then they are in the wrong business or area....get some manners!!!!
