Consultation yesterday with Dr. Bailey. He and his staff were top of the line. He made me feel at ease from moment to one. He sat face to face with me.. not staring at a laptop...me.. so He saw me. He talked to me. I was highly impressed!
Pains me to have to leave this review because I liked the Doc but I need to be honest. Dr. Amorosino was kind and professional. Unfortunately Gastro Health is a big bureaucratic mess. Making appointments, dealing with billing and communicating back and forth with this company have been a hassle. I was charged $60 by Stacy at the front desk even though my visit was comped as preventive through my insurance. Stacy pleaded ignorance on the issue. Dr.Glaser was rushed thru the whole time at the appointment,he talked so fast, i had to ask twice to understand the medical terms he was explaining to me,he may very well be the best of the best on this medical field,but he does not seem as attent or interested on my injury as he makes it sound on his flyer he sends out with the welcome package.i left the office with unanswered questions and as an unsatissfied patient because he was rushing out thru the door,but since there is no follow up appointment and will never see me a... read more
I think Dr. Pikey is excellent. He is good at explaining what is wrong with your eyes and how he will treat it. I see him every 6 months and have done well. He is willing to tackle another condition needing surgery and proceed only if he is sure of safety and success. I have utmost confidence in him. He is nearly on time without me having to waitfor my turn. He apologizes if I do have to wait. He is kind and thorough. His staff is friendly and supportive.
Dr. Toni is the best. Listens and addresses every question. Makes me feel at ease and that she cares! So glad I found such a great doctor!
In the Ambulatory Surgery Center he made me 2 procedures: Endoscopy and Colonoscopy. He explained everything before what I was going to be done and afterwards when done with procedures explained everything that he found and answered all of my questions.
I saw his PA, Taylor, at first after I fell. Urgent care had told me I had a broken finger and what appeared to be a wrist sprain but should follow through with an orthopedic doctor. Taylor was completely dismissive of my injury and said not to splint or wear a wrist brace. When I came back a few weeks later for a follow up, she had Dr, To come in and look at my finger and wrist. Knowledgeable, compassionate and well spoken. Helped my husband avoid a problem with a pre-cancer on his cheek. Highly recommend.
Ive been seeing Doctor New for the past 6-8 years. He is always punctual, professional, and courteous. His assistant is a model of courtesy and thoroughness.
