Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No direct way to contact the office. Left messages for 4 days regarding a prescription issue. When I finally received a call back the woman I spoke with would not or could not answer my question. She kept overspeaking
Met Dr Dan at the hospital in Huntley and have decided to add him to my specialist list of doctors. Great bedside manors, explained things so you could understand, and you could tell he put thought and effort into the questions I asked.
Office staff is borderline rude. As was the nurse I had. My appt. was at 9:00. At 9;50 he was still with "the patient before me" so I walked out. Only reason I give 2 stars instead of one is because I do like him. When I can actually see him.
