Mathew Poole was who I saw from 1st visit to Post-Op, great person answering my questions in detail. Procedure scheduled for 9:20am, brought to examination room at 10:30. My vitals taken, surgery gown on, then waited in a cold examination room for 3hours listening to inner office banter.
