My mom lost her Cochlear implant a week ago - his staff has failed to return calls and have lied to customer support staff at MA eye and ear saying they have called me. I have called multiple times a day, every day for a week now. They are allowing a patient to go without care of support. Do not recommend at all!
Saw Dr. Lee and his team through an emergency referral for Sudden Sensorneurial Hearing Loss. He and his team were incredible! Performed a couple of procedures and set a course for my best chance of recovery. I feel very fortunate that I saw him. The entire team at Mass Eye & Ear have been awesome, from Dr. David in the ED, to Dr. Ballard in Audiology to all the receptionists and of course Dr. Lee and his team. My heartfelt thanks to all.
Dr. Lee was pleasant to engage- he explained all the details and answered all my questions. Felt very comfortable in interacting with him
Dr. Lee was very thorough and he looked at a previous MRI and found a cyst that a previous radiology tech missed. I was grateful that he found it and I would recommend him to my family and friends
His nursing staff miscommunication is horrifying. Brought it up to him and he kept repeating he’s from John’s Hopkins, one of the best, yet couldn’t handle questions that he didn’t know how to answer. Everyone says he’s so calm. Well he’s arrogant and cares more about his prestigious degree than a condition he had difficulty explaining to me.
