I have going to Dr. Lama for over 20 years. He is very professional and goes beyond the call of duty. He recently diagnosed me with prostate cancer after performing tests. I am thankful he found the cancer in an early stage. He is working with me to be re-evaluated by Loma Linda and potentially receive a treatment that will not cause incontinence or ejaculation problems. Dr. Lama is very personable. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Lama is an exceptional man to work for. He was my mother’s boss years ago. Virgina Rosenthal loved working for him!!
He refused to treat/drain a 1" cyst causing me pain, the only abnormality at the EXACT point of my pain. My primary also referred me to him, as didi my medical group, inland faculty, to diagnose, & treat my impotence. When I asked him to run test, he asked 'Why do you want to have sex"? He also refused on the basis that I was not currently in a relationship (which, I told him was DUE to being IMPOTENT! DUH!). Avoid him & his fellow associate doctors, as they are all unfeeling & unprofession
I went to Dr. Lama after I had surgery done at County Hospital. The doctor at the county hospital tore holes in my ureter with a laser. No other doctors wanted to help me, they all told me to go back to the doctor that did the botched surgery on me. I almost lost my kidney. I would have rather die than go back to that doctor. Dr. Lama was the only doctor that would help me. Dr. Lama helped fix my ureter and saved my kidney. Much love and thanks to him! An EXCELLENT doctor!
Dr Lama is very kind, gentle and listens. He really cares about the issues you discuss with him. I would recommend him. I felt he really cares.
