I've been a patient of Dr. Kramer's for about 25 years. He has always listened, taken me seriously and provided the best care. I've never felt rushed or dismissed by him. He is prompt and communicative through My Chart and even called me personally at home when needed, before My Chart was "a thing". Highly recommend!
I appreciate that Dr Kramer allowed me to do the video conference and save me the trip down to the office in this cold weather
