Daniel was extremely rude the two times I spoke with him. He is partnered with MetLife through insurance, once he realized this he figured any way he could turn me away for a simple legal matter. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
The case was presented to Daniel's office over a week before he rudely declined to take on the case or advise. He is rude and Unprofessional. Edit - 11.13.2024 I found a practice who was able to help me with this dilemma, hey Daniel, reach out to Mr. Matt Curry - MPC law, he can show you where you messed up. I'd have to agree with the remarks about Daniel being rude. I was in an accident a few months back and while I understand why he would not take on the case (as he said himself, there is no money for him unless I was injured), he told me that I screwed up my case and it was ruined. In declining, his attitude suggested I had wasted his time (4 minutes on the dot to be exact). I was left feeling absolutely awful when getting off the phone with him.
