The case was presented to Daniel's office over a week before he rudely declined to take on the case or advise. He is rude and Unprofessional. Edit - 11.13.2024 I found a practice who was able to help me with this dilemma, hey Daniel, reach out to Mr. Matt Curry - MPC law, he can show you where you messed up. I'd have to agree with the remarks about Daniel being rude. I was in an accident a few months back and while I understand why he would not take on the case (as he said himself, there is no money for him unless I was injured), he told me that I screwed up my case and it was ruined. In declining, his attitude suggested I had wasted his time (4 minutes on the dot to be exact). I was left feeling absolutely awful when getting off the phone with him. Called MR. Fletcher because I received a note that I was getting sued for a “private sale” because there was minor things wrong with the car I didn’t know. Anyways I explained it all to mr. fletcher and he shortly realized what is going on and that the lady is trying to sue me as if I was a dealership, his response “don’t call me or my office” then hung up. - why do you have to lie ? You clearly hung up on me. It’s okay. Not pressed . Just letting everybody know how you treated the situation
