Attorney Daniel Fletcher is the reason why people can’t stand attorneys. I utilized him through the MetLife legal plan Attorney Fletcher sent a demand letter on my behalf. I asked him to send the same demand letter to a different address. He responded by saying he would send the same letter (electronically ) to another address but it would cost me $100. Absolutely unacceptable experience. After months of negotiations with Allstate and getting close to finally resolving my claim, Daniel decided to drop me as a client without even having the decency to call me first. Instead, he sent an email directly to Allstate’s legal team saying he was no longer representing me, leaving me blindsided at one of the most critical stages of the case. Daniel was extremely rude the two times I spoke with him. He is partnered with MetLife through insurance, once he realized this he figured any way he could turn me away for a simple legal matter. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
The case was presented to Daniel's office over a week before he rudely declined to take on the case or advise. He is rude and Unprofessional. Edit - 11.13.2024 I found a practice who was able to help me with this dilemma, hey Daniel, reach out to Mr. Matt Curry - MPC law, he can show you where you messed up.
