I am posting this on 8-05-2025 for two reasons: First, this is to confirm that I will not be at an appointment on 8-8-2025, and I should not be charged. I have tried to cancel on numerous occasions by calling, and I have sent messages on the website, but I continue to receive emails and text messages. Second, I am posting to warn potential new patients. The staff at his office are truly the rudest group of people I’ve ever encountered. It’s not hard to be nice.
Called for a couple of weeks on and off, no one answered. Sent two enquiries via the website and when I was finally contacted, the next availability was months out and there was no self pay option. No accommodation was made, no suggestion on how to move forward. I was referred specifically to this office and made a concerted effort to follow through. The office effectively did everything it could to prevent me from using their services.
Went to see Dr. Caruso. He gave me a diagnosis had me in surgery within a week remove the cancer out of my testicle. Everything went well. He seems to be a compassionate doctor that cares about what he’s doing.
