Got my appointment at 11:00, arrived at 10:45. It’s 12:00 and i’m still in the waiting room. Worst experience i ever had in a medical office. Unprofessional and disrespectful
Left disc with dr Caruso for him to review with radioligist in Jupiter medical center Received message to pick up disc went to office to pick up disc and was told after massive search it was in medical center Went to medical center to medical records and after another search still no disc this Stress is uncalled for and I am battling cancer I want my disc and I will be into your office to retrieve it. This practice need to be shut down and has serious management and staffing issues. If they cared then all these bad reviews would disappear. Since my first visit to now the staff seems untrained and sometimes rude. They don't have a real handle on billing. I had a cytoscopy performed and got a horribly painful infection.Called the office about it and they told me to see another doctor. When I saw that other doctor his question was why are you here. Dr Caruso was patient, knowledgeable, and I left with a clear treatment plan and understanding of it. I appreciate that he takes my insurance. Jupiter has gotten disgusting with all the concierge practices popping up - while I technically could afford them I refuse, on principle. As far as the wait time, it is hard for me to set aside 2 hours of my work day to go to an appointment that otherwise might take 40 minutes.
