De Caruso is very professional and knowledgeable and I absolutely recommend him for your care. The office manager is the rudest person I have encountered in a medical facility. I only continue to go because of his care, but she needs to go. She has no professionalism.
They don’t answer the phone and when finally res h someone in an emergency situation gave us an appointment in 8 days
I'm a second year patient of Dr. Caruso. Nothing good to share. Adherence to appointment schedules is consistently off by 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Phone call wait times are on average more than 20 mins., return calls are nonexistent. Requests to transfer labs and records go unanswered and unfulfilled. While the Dr. will certainly blame the above examples on his staff, he alone owns the way he delivers heartless care.
Dr. Caruso is awesome, however, his office is literally the worst I’ve ever encountered in 56 years. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t call you back, you have to call a dozen times and wait on hold for an hour or two each time to only get sent to voicemail and leave a message, which doesn’t get returned. Never received the results to my sonogram which was done several months ago. No biggie, I figure they mailed them to the wrong address. Called the office 5 times this week to ask for results, leaving a voicemail each time. Finally reached a receptionist. She said she would "try" to have the doctor call me back. I explained that I would really appreciate a callback within the next day or so as I was in pain and needed those results ASAP. I was told I should "just book an appointment".
