I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer. Dr. Caruso removed the cancer and saved the kidney. Complications later set in, but he was always there to make sure I was taken care of. I can have no higher opinion of his professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend him..
This practice has serious management and staffing issues. Since my first visit to now the staff seems untrained and sometimes rude. They don't have a real handle on billing. I had a cytoscopy performed and got a horribly painful infection.Called the office about it and they told me to see another doctor. When I saw that other doctor his question was why are you here. Dr. Caruso is a God-send. I had kidney issues majority of my pregnancy with many hospital admissions and several surgeries. Dr. Caruso was the kindest, most compassionate doctor I have ever encountered. He made sure my baby and I were healthy and safe my entire pregnancy. The first day he was assigned to my case he called my room multiple times during the day, and came to meet me personally at 1 am (after he was done with all of his surgeries) just so I could meet him face to face.
