This practice need to be shut down and has serious management and staffing issues. If they cared then all these bad reviews would disappear. Since my first visit to now the staff seems untrained and sometimes rude. They don't have a real handle on billing. I had a cytoscopy performed and got a horribly painful infection.Called the office about it and they told me to see another doctor. When I saw that other doctor his question was why are you here. Dr Caruso was patient, knowledgeable, and I left with a clear treatment plan and understanding of it. I appreciate that he takes my insurance. Jupiter has gotten disgusting with all the concierge practices popping up - while I technically could afford them I refuse, on principle. As far as the wait time, it is hard for me to set aside 2 hours of my work day to go to an appointment that otherwise might take 40 minutes. De Caruso is very professional and knowledgeable and I absolutely recommend him for your care. The office manager is the rudest person I have encountered in a medical facility. I only continue to go because of his care, but she needs to go. She has no professionalism.
