Awful experience. The office staff clearly lacks organization and respect for patients’ time. After driving an hour and missing my entire morning at work, I was told in person that the doctor had stopped seeing patients with my referral reason. How difficult would it have been to make a simple courtesy phone call to let me know before my visit and save me all that trouble? Instead, they waited until I arrived at the office—at the northernmost tip of Palm Beach County—to share this news. Truly unacceptable and unprofessional.... read more
Sunny the secretary is rude and unhelpful.
Do not use Dr Caruso. He is completely unprofessional. I setup an appoint a month and a half ago for 9/19. I received a call today 9/18 and was told the doctor no longer treats my condition. He decided he no longer wanted to do my type of treatments 2 weeks ago and they just decided to tell me now a day before my appointment. Thanks for nothing.

I am posting this on 8-05-2025 for two reasons: First, this is to confirm that I will not be at an appointment on 8-8-2025, and I should not be charged. I have tried to cancel on numerous occasions by calling, and I have sent messages on the website, but I continue to receive emails and text messages. Second, I am posting to warn potential new patients.
