Called for a couple of weeks on and off, no one answered. Sent two enquiries via the website and when I was finally contacted, the next availability was months out and there was no self pay option. No accommodation was made, no suggestion on how to move forward. I was referred specifically to this office and made a concerted effort to follow through. The office effectively did everything it could to prevent me from using their services.
Went to see Dr. Caruso. He gave me a diagnosis had me in surgery within a week remove the cancer out of my testicle. Everything went well. He seems to be a compassionate doctor that cares about what he’s doing.
Dr Caruso albeit in great demand proved why with my case satisfaction and appreciation. Simply said, if you or a family member need the best urology treatment in our jupiter area…. You MUST choose Dr Caruso! Your life may depend on this decision, PLEASE please call Dr Caruso and get his expertise immediately.
I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer. Dr. Caruso removed the cancer and saved the kidney. Complications later set in, but he was always there to make sure I was taken care of. I can have no higher opinion of his professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend him..
This practice has serious management and staffing issues. Since my first visit to now the staff seems untrained and sometimes rude. They don't have a real handle on billing. I had a cytoscopy performed and got a horribly painful infection.Called the office about it and they told me to see another doctor. When I saw that other doctor his question was why are you here.
