YOU ONLY NEED A COLONOSCOPY EVERY 10 YEARS i don't remember much about this doctor or his services as i went to him for a colonoscopy only once, about 5 years ago. what i can say is that he is a marketing machine. i continually get reminder letters that it is time for my next colonoscopy, when actually i am due 5 years from now. folks, the general rule is that you need one every 10 years, not 7 or 5, but 10, so don't be fooled by someone who is trying to put his kids through college on your nickel.
Dr. Alpert was excellent I have been going to Dr. Alpert for many years as I have Ulcerative Colitis. His colonoscopy exam was second to none; his staff was courteous, professional and comforting. I will continue to go to Dr. Alpert for his superb care and easy going, relaxed professional style.
good doc, questionable staff I saw Dr. Albert for some bleeding that I was having. He was young, energetic, kind, and empathetic. What was an embarrassing exam, was less awful because he was nice. I ended up having a colonoscopy which was done in his office. The people who did it were having a personal conversation and laughing and generally acting like I wasn't there even though I was still wide awake. the anesthesiologist was kind of rude and making innapropriate jokes with me.
