I called Tom Daniel back when I moved out of my home to let him know I will be renting to tenants and wanted to change my home policy to a rental policy. He started grilling me about my auto insurance. And NEVER changed my home policy like I asked him to. A year later, I call him again and am like “why isn’t my policy a rental policy?” He tells me he’ll call me back.
