I've been using Daniel Insulation for over 7 years without any issues. This time I needed a shower enclosure so I called and agreed to an estimate over the phone. They said a sales person would call and setup a time to come and measure the shower. No one has called so after 4 days I tried emailing them and they haven't replied to that either. The drivers of this company suffer from road rage. I called to complain about a driver that I witnessed almost running another driver of the road, and they claimed there was nothing they could do to track down who it was. That is the biggest bunch of malarkey I have ever heard in my entire life. The excuse was well the drivers don't speak English. Huh? What does that have to do with anything? Don't use this company, let them go out of business so they don't have to worry about road rage drivers.
