We were there 2/5 for a consultation for my dad. Met with the Oncologist and he did not have a good bed side manner. I asked that he speak up little bit so dad could hear him and he just looked at me and continued, non of us understood what he was saying. When he asked if we understood I said no and he seemed irritated. I didn't like his demeanor. I REALLY WISH I HAD GOOD THINGS TO SAY unfortunately I CANT LIE. I VE BEEN LEFT MONTHS BEGGING FOR HELP , left desperate for months after doctor failing to give labs orders(BEGGED TO BE TESTED FOR THALASEMIA and wrong med ordered previously by MA (I had a specific med for 10yrs already and no explanation why it changed and told That I could basically have that transfusion or nothing that day . The doctor needs to improve his bedside manner. They also don’t respect patient’s time by making you come in 15 minutes early but you aren’t actually seen until almost 30 minutes past your appointment time. Added edit: This office doesn’t really care about their patients. I had some follow up questions and no one ever responded to me. When I confronted them about the lack of response, they told me if I was having issues to go to the ER. So, I dropped them and I’m going to a different doctor.
I had a really good experience at OIH. The nurses are professional, friendly and attentive to all their patients. I'm sure you will feel the same. There was no wait time. The front desk is very efficient and friendly as well. I am very satisfied with there operation on Hancock in Murrieta.
