Absolutely terrible office to deal with. Each call takes 45-60 minutes hold and in many cases it will take 4-5 calls to accomplish one simple thing. I don't think I have ever dealt with a group of more incompetent medical staff.
Dr Huang gave me a bad vibe when I 1st met him, but everyone was saying what a good Dr, he was so I gave him a shot. Dr Huang is arrogant and should take a few classes on empathy and compassion. God, forbid you end up in the hospital he won't bother checking up on you. My treatment was hard, and he could care less. Do yourself a favor and do you research. If you get a bad vibe, go with your gut. This is your health!
