Dr was great. Issues 1. I was given another patients lab orders. Probably a HIPPA violation. Is my information being shared with other patients? 2. I was never informed of a lung scan that was ordered. Further, I had a lung scan in April 2025. 3. I was never informed that they had scheduled 2 appointments for me. How could they know if it fits into my schedule? 4. Kathy asked questions, prefacing the question with “I think the answer is no, but”….Don’t need the guessing on her part. Just ask the questions.
