Great customer service. Doctor's staff and the doctor are very nice. Though we were very late for my mum's appointment they were still able to attend to her in a very nice manner. Our first encounter with Doctor Hermann gave us so much hope with my mums TARV process. From the look of things I believe he will ensure a smooth process for my mum's condition. May God bless you all for your good works.

The nurse Donabell was very knowledgeable of the TAVR procedure. Dr Daniel was kind and considerate of my unfortunate demise with the scheduling and determined We could avoid another consultation visit with the secondary surgeon. We have a tentative surgery date scheduled. And that was my goal! Thank you so very much!!!!
