In the beginning, he was a great doctor. But when I started calling and explaining what I’ve been going through, I felt like I was being treated as if I was crazy just for requesting blood work due to ongoing issues. The last time I had blood work done was almost a year ago. Every time I tried to explain how I was feeling, all I kept hearing was, “We checked your urine and found nothing.” I understand that, but all I was asking for was updated blood work. Super disappointed with the customer service ,people in the front are very dry and When you call the person who answer is Not friendly at all ,been a patient for 2 years and now it Seem so hard to even book an appointment even just for a check up ,the Dr. is always Booked and honestly they don’t really work with people Work hours !! I don’t know super disappointing 🤷♀️
Dr Hekmat is one of the best physicians I have seen in years. He is knowledgeable and takes time to investigate issues rather than rushing through the appointment. It is clearly genuine care. Plus his nurse phones back very quickly and the office staff is great as well.i travel from Boca to see him.
