I have been using this practice for years now, usually pretty good, until today. I am concerned about some HIPAA rules being violated. I asked to speak with the doctor and they directed me to a manager. I walked out, called and asked to speak with the doctor, still waiting for a call back from the doctor.
Dr. Hekmat is an outstanding primary care physician. He takes the time to listen, explain, and address all concerns thoroughly. The staff is friendly, and appointments are always well-organized. Highly recommend for anyone looking for compassionate and professional care!
