Super disappointed with the customer service ,people in the front are very dry and When you call the person who answer is Not friendly at all ,been a patient for 2 years and now it Seem so hard to even book an appointment even just for a check up ,the Dr. is always Booked and honestly they don’t really work with people Work hours !! I don’t know super disappointing 🤷♀️
Dr Hekmat is one of the best physicians I have seen in years. He is knowledgeable and takes time to investigate issues rather than rushing through the appointment. It is clearly genuine care. Plus his nurse phones back very quickly and the office staff is great as well.i travel from Boca to see him.
Excellent Physician. Very knowledgable and easy to talk with. Answers all and any questions. I never feel rushed .
Dr. Daniel Hekmat was initially a good doctor, but during last few years he changed drastically. On my last appointment with him he manipulated me with not giving access to my test results. He requested that I pay out of pocket for my visit and did not give me access to my test results on my portal. And he didn’t tell me results either. He demanded that I make an appointment and pay for it out of pocket, without using my insurance. Otherwise, he didn’t let me know my results and he didn’t post them in my portal.
