My son and I came to the emergency room because Spectrum would do nothing to help. He walked in the room, wanted to know what he wanted, said he wasn't going to call neurosurgery or do anything for him that Spectrum did not already do. Said he wasn't giving him narcotics. He was rude, unprofessional, and negligent. He did not do a thing. Good thing I took my son out of this town and got him the care he needed or he would not be alive. One of the worst I have ever encountered.
