Dan was amazing representing me on the sale of my duplex investment property. He went above and beyond with personalized service. He always responded within the hour if not immediately. He made me feel like I was the only client he had, even though I know I am not. He helped me with a plumbing issue, calling plumbers, setting up appointments, even attending appts. when I couldn't be there. He called the water dept to expedite the final closing bill. I highly recommend him for all your real estate needs.
