They were sent out by my home warranty company to assess a dish washer. They reset it and said it should be fine, but if it wasn’t, they would tell the home warranty company it needs a new control board. Apparently they documented nothing of that visit and the SAME GUY showed up when it continued to fail, hummed over it, and said “it looks fine, you’ll need to send pictures if it does it again and we’ll tell your insurance you need a new control board.” How does one take pictures of a dishwasher that stops mid-cycle? The team installed and replaced the stovetop and ended up breaking very expensive granite and refused to fix it. Please do not use these people unless you want to spend more money in the end. I spent $900+ to get the and basically told me that I needed to fix it on my own. This is not a professional company. They do not care or take pride in the work they provide. Again, please do not use this company.
Excellent Service! My technician, Iliya, did a great job. He took part of my refrigerator home and fixed it there because the part was out of stock. Saved me from buying a whole new appliance--I am very happy. We-Fix is my appliance repair go-to place now. Highly recommended!
They charged 80$ to come out and tell you it doesnt work They want to charge more to tell you what doesnt work And charge even more to FIX but they can't tell you HOW they are fixing it or how ling it will last SCAM SCAM SCAM I could give zero stars, I would have total scam ! Reporting !!
