Lived in house two months to find out the final inspection had not even been done. He did pay electric bill because I could not it wasn’t in my name. Been hear 1 year now and I can not get him to give me a list paint and grout colors. We have cracks in one wall but I told him I would fix all wrong items inside if he would caulk out side windows.that is window to brick . Was told he would he would do when we bought home.
