The food here is so great. Get the waiter with the long hair in a ponytail. He has great recommendations considering the menu changes daily.
Always perfect! Love this place. Our most favs in birmingham. We go for our filets to be prepared "pittsburgh style" Everything is always wonderful. Whoever left the comment about the owner... needs better manners, or anger management maybe. That is just ridiculous.
i could smell the herb smoke in the bar – I went there to eat the food was amazing. but i could smell the herb smoke from the bar. The owner looked like a big dumb Gordon Ramsey wanna be slob. I will not go back because it is an abomination to decent people everywhere.
great food and atmosphere I always like going to Daniel George when I'm on business in Birmingham - this place beats the cookie cutter high end places in a town like Atlanta and has the same type of character you would expect in an NYC restaurant.
Yummy The best time for atmosphere is Wednesday night. There is a live band every Wed, but you must sit in the bar area to take full advantage of this delight. The perfect time to go is around 7:30, to eat while the band sets up, and then stay for wine & enjoy the atmosphere & crowd.
