Attentive, no rush attitude in examining his patient and upbeat attitude.
I went to doctor Ganc ( young and very nice) years ago for sinus surgery. He messed up I know this was a long time ago but go to another doctor for the surgery, I suffer till today from what he done to me. I had to get 3 more surgeries after what he has done that I suffer from. I don't want to go into it, but just a warning to seek another surgeon . Dr. Daniel T. Ganc promised to write a prescription & send it in my pharmarcy this afternoon, however the pharmarcy has no record of this Doctor, calling in my prescription. Moreover, the after hours call-in number for problems, specifically refused to help patients get their prescription. Patients have to wait until the next biz day, no exceptions.
Dr Ganc is exceptional. From the check-in experience through seeing him, everyone is friendly and considerate, and generally care about you. Dr Ganc spent time to explain the Sinuplasty procedure and address any concerns I had. The procedure went amazing and I can breathe so much better. His follow ups were as thorough as the procedure to make sure I got the benefits of the procedure and I did. I’d highly recommend Dr Ganc to anyone suffering from sinusitis or other ENT ailments.
