This office unfortunately truly lacks when it comes to communication. After surgery I was set up with a texting service to keep in contact with my medical team. No one checked the messages I sent. Days went by and I had to re-follow up to find out what was going on. Yet again I’m finding myself in another situation where they are ignoring My Chart messages. A few days ago, I had an appointment with Dr. Galante, who came highly recommended by one of his colleagues. From the moment I arrived, the care was warm and reassuring. Dr. Galante and his staff are superb. Dr. Galante has excellent bedside manner; he is kind, funny, and always makes sure you are comfortable. The appointment are on time without any delays.
I had an amazing experience with my first appointment with him. The appointment was seen on time and was very efficient. He has a great personality and explained a treatment plan that I feel confident will be the best course of action. Thank you for taking me as a patient and look forward to further treatment if necessary in the future.
Dr. Galante is very caring and detailed provider. He took his time to ensure that all of my questions were answered, and that I had everything I needed prior to ending my visit. He is absolutely amazing.
