This office unfortunately truly lacks when it comes to communication. After surgery I was set up with a texting service to keep in contact with my medical team. No one checked the messages I sent. Days went by and I had to re-follow up to find out what was going on. Yet again I’m finding myself in another situation where they are ignoring My Chart messages. A few days ago, I had an appointment with Dr. Galante, who came highly recommended by one of his colleagues. From the moment I arrived, the care was warm and reassuring. The entire team, Karen, Mylik, Kimberly, and Dr. Galante himself were incredibly kind and genuinely attentive to my case. What I appreciated most was how unhurried and respectful the experience felt. Dr. Galante and his staff are superb. Dr. Galante has excellent bedside manner; he is kind, funny, and always makes sure you are comfortable. The appointment are on time without any delays.
I had an amazing experience with my first appointment with him. The appointment was seen on time and was very efficient. He has a great personality and explained a treatment plan that I feel confident will be the best course of action. Thank you for taking me as a patient and look forward to further treatment if necessary in the future.
