This man was a great attorney for me. He got me an amazing plea deal. Had three felonies dropped to one class A misdemeanor. I was looking at a minimum of 8 years. I received only 18 months of probation and VTC. He did a great job and always answered the phone and was always there every Monday for VTC.
I hired this joke, Petrie and he mishandled my video evidence and it was not able to be used in court. He did not help me during court at all, never informed me that I should not talk to the prosecutor. Instead of telling me to invoke my 5th amendment he sits there and watches me admit to untrue events knowing I’m unfamiliar with court proceedings. I would rather plead guilty than hire him again. Please consider your choices elsewhere!

He didn’t do anything on my behalf as a lawyer. He didn’t file anything and didn’t pull any strings. He cared more about his relations with dcs than he cared about his clients.
Daniel did an excellent job with a paternity case, unfortunately circumstances, by grace, did not allow for me to fully pursue custody of my daughter at this current time. I would fully recommend Daniel to any seeking help with civil matters! He has my full supper as a candidate for Judge in the upcoming county elections!
