I really enjoyed my office visit with Dr. Boxwell on July 6, 2026. From the time I walked in to the office, the atmosphere was very welcoming. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The new patient forms I had to fill out were wonderfully short and easy. Then my visit with Dr. Boxwell was great! He made sure he answered all of my questions, and he has a terrific bedside manner. I felt seen, heard, and definitely not rushed.

Great bedside manor
I had a hearing test here a few months ago. The audiologist told me I had 60% hearing loss. They wanted me to purchase hearing aids for over $3500. That’s pretty expensive! A friend who wears hearing aids said I should go somewhere else and get a second opinion before buying just to make sure, which I did. The test results were exactly the same, (as a patient I do not know how to read these) but the second ENT and second audiologist both told me that I lost a tiny bit of the higher range but that I am not a candidate yet for... read more
