Dan Fraiman started a multi million dollar home for us 5 years ago and we are finally done with him as I had to finish the project myself! This was the worst possible contractor experience you can imagine. There is a saying in construction, speed, quality, Price, pick any two. With Dan Fraiman you get Frustration, massive delays, exorbitant costs and poor subs. His responsibility shedding is profound. I feel that Dan is not to be trusted. Zero stars would be my rating.
Who drives like a d*** in the company truck? Up 395 from Carson, weaving through traffic with no turn signal, tailgating at 85+ mph. Not so bright
