I called to make an appointment and the girl at the front desk was so rude that I decided to move on and find another Clinic. It’s hard enough that my child needs a pediatric endocrinologist let alone deal with rude front desk women.
Dr. Flynn has been an amazing doctor to my son. He went to bat for him against the insurance company to get him approved for a medication that has been life changing for him. Thank you Daniel!
I don’t know if we offended him our previous visit but he seemed less than thrilled with us. He even recommended we go to primary children’s for endocrine care from this point, which came out of no where. we had been seeing him for a year or two and up till this point really enjoyed him. He always was quick to respond and took our son’s case seriously. We clearly chose st Luke’s over primary’s for care in this regard.
Dr Flynn is the worst pediatric endocrinologist. He has the worst bedside manner. He bullies his diabetic patients and parents. I would not recommend him to take care of anyone's child. If I could give him zero stars I would have.
Dr. Flynn is exceptional with kids. He helps a kid understand diabetes in the scope of “real world” in terms of behavior, habits and choices. We wish he could be our son’s doc for the long haul!
