Courteous knowledgeable and very helpful staff.
Office is clean, large, easy to navigate, etc. Keep in mind that you have to go upstairs to check in and there is no signage that tells you that. However there are stairs just to the right when you walk through the front doors of the building, and if you need the elevator then turn left immediately upon entering the building.
