Dr featherston waited until day of appt to let me know he would not fill a prescription I have been taking for my ADHD for years. When I asked him if there was another doctor that would, he replied “that’s not my problem” and hung up the phone. Very rude and unprofessional.
My husband is Dr. Featherston's patient but I went with him for a follow up appt on 10/18/19. Dr was thorough, addressed all issues & answered all our questions, he asked my husband if he needed anything, when he wanted to come back & if there was anything else he could do. Dr F is the most punctual man I've ever met. He came in the exam room within minutes of our arrival. I was so impressed by Dr. F, I almost wished he were my PCP. Would like the MD to type less and talk more. No exchange, just typing. I know this is the “new thing” but I really don’t care for it.
