Dan did an outstanding job helping us find our home. He is vey knowledgeable and has a good eye for the market. We are an older couple and left a sizable house where we raised our family and wanted to downsize. Dan took his time and had patience dealing with us. Ultimately we have a great house and it’s in a great location. He understood exactly what we were looking for.
Dan is amazing to work with and was instrumental throughout the buying and selling process. He is extremely reliable, honest and went above and beyond numerous times to help make what can be a stressful time both easy and enjoyable. I cannot recommend Dan enough. As first time home buys the process was very daunting but Dan really made the whole process simple and was there to support us with any questions we had throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable about the comps in the area, was never pushy but always knew what the best move was. If you’re looking to buy, Dan is the best.
