I have had two occasions to call upon Dr. Swanson. In both cases, with one involving a surgical procedure, Dr. Swanson showed attention to me, did a thorough examination, gave great options, demonstrated expertise as a surgeon, and was very personable. The outcomes of both of my visits were very positive. I recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Swanson is knowledgeable, down to earth and helpful. Total success with surgery. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Swanson performed a prostate procedure on a close family member a few year ago in Billings. The procedure Dr. Swanson performed resulted in permanent incontinence. Additionally, my family member developed a blood infection (bacteremia) within a few days of the procedure, which then required an open heart surgery to fix heart vessels damaged by the infection. Dr. Swanson took no responsibility for the outcomes of the procedure and did not provide adequate follow up care. We have since found other providers.
