awful. He is dismissive and unprofessional. I requested routine eye exam and new eyeglasses and contact prescription, as every other doctor has provided. He suggested an optometrist instead of a contact prescription. His office keeps suggesting I renew an odometer prescription which is outdated. VERY UNHAPPY
My experience with Dr. SHAPIRO and his staff was everything you would have wanted it to be. Very professional yet totally stress free. Not only before but also during and after did they explain everything that had to be done. They also asked me if I had any questions for them, and made me feel like it was no problem if I needed to call them. I would recommend Dr. Shapiro and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Shapiro is very kind and an excellent surgeon. He performed cataract surgeries on my wife and myself.Dr. Shapiro is conservative and that is the way I like it for my eye care. I trust him completely with my eyes.
Was trying to get in touch with his team for a week. Was basically on Hold for a full week. Very unprofessional, lazy eye examination.
