Everyone was extremely helpful. It's a big decision to redo one's entire mouth. When I first arrived I met a patient in the waiting room that had the procedure already done and I was emmidiately put at ease a bit. I have had a really good experience, I'm glad I had my dental work done here. The staff was very personable, kind, and efficient. The only hint of pain I experienced was from the biopsy. The actual dental work of extractions and implants I had no discomfort whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone needing any of this type of work. What a great group!
I thought everything was handled very professionally by the staff. I see this place as a dental implant hospital, I had everything done in one place and I was provided excellent care. Both Doctor's were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this group to anyone needing new teeth.
One week after the procedure and all looks GOOD. On Saturday, three days after the work was done, I was eating real food. No pain and very little discomfort. Everyone was EXCELLENT!!! They spoke to you in a way that you could understand what was being done. I would recommend By Design Dental to everyone.
