Dr.Firestone is so kind and honest. He has great bedside manor!
They said that I would be in great hands and that he has great techniques, I don’t develop keloids so after months and now years of looking at the scar, and working at Nebraska Med, and coming across others that have had the same or similar surgeries, and noticing the difference between theirs an mine i can definitely tell why my surgery was super fast and sloppy.
I was denied receiving health information I needed after asking many times over the phone. The only way for me to receive it was to come into the office to pay for a full office visit, which takes time and money for patients. It is understandable that policies are in place for a reason, but a certain level of compromise would be kind to offer to patients. The first doctor that I’ve seen in over 20 years who made me feel like a human being, and that my observations, and feelings matter. I feel confident that Dr. Firestone will help me gain some type of improvement for my condition.
