I arrived SIXTEEN MINUTES late to my appointment, and was turned out! The "allowable" late window is 15 MINUTES, and I explained to the SUPER NASTY receptionist that the road I was traveling on, Rt 64, was BLICKED by a police car who then diverted us all the way back to Asheville. I live in Black Mountain and have been traveling already ONE HOUR to get to this doctor! Dr. Drechsler and the staff at Pardee UNC Health delivered an exceptional patient experience- start to finish. They listened with compassion and spent time to get to root of my concerns. Would absolutely recommend this practice and Dr. Drechsler.

Today I had an appointment with Dr Drechsler to have my shoulder checked due to pain I have been having. It was the first time I had met him. He is so very nice and is truly concerned about my pain. He is very smart and knowledgeable. He didn't rush through my appointment and answered all of my questions completely. I will be returning to him for future medical care, and recommend him 💯 for your medical needs.
