I’m surprised by the negative reviews and which are like 5 years ago. A lot have changed since then I’m sure. My first time here and I had a great experience. Jennifer was very attentive and helpful. Other staffs seem nice too. Looking forward to get better with their help!
They don't pay attention to doctor's orders and do the things they advise.
DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! My mother was a cancer patient that had a huge surgery. They sent her here for “rehab” and she was IGNORED! They would leave her on the bedpan for 30 plus minutes. I would visit my mom to find her completely soiled in colostomy drainage. When asked to fix her sheets, the nurse told me that I shouldn’t ask for anything during shift change. My mom cried to me about how lonely she felt because they didn’t give her the time of day. The whole floor seems like it’s from the 90s. No color, old stuf... read more
