Have been having a lot of issues since a surgical menopause. Got a referral there. They said they needed recent lab work and tons were sent over. Just to say they wouldn’t accept the referral. Little tip. Things can still be “off” even if the bloodwork is fine. Even the referring doctor was absolutely disgusted that the referral was denied.
I have done all my bloodwork work the day of my appointment 1/15, ultrasound 1/17. I tried scheduling an appointment through the my chart, request was deleted and was not contacted. I left messages on my chart. No response. This is so unprofessional, rude and despairingly unreliable. I will probably be calling a different office and giving them my test results myself. If they don’t get deleted too.

If zero stars were an option… Was told I needed to get blood work and they sent me for labs at Hudson headwaters. When I got to HHHN I was told Dorsey’s office requested the wrong labs. Took multiple phone calls to get ahold of a nurse who then sent the correct lab requests to HHHN. This was on 9/14/2023. It’s now November and I have 7 unreturned voicemails/calls to his office. The voicemails are left on his and his nurses specific voicemail. No return calls and no lab results. Absolute joke. Good luck to anyone who goes her... read more
