I have done all my bloodwork work the day of my appointment 1/15, ultrasound 1/17. I tried scheduling an appointment through the my chart, request was deleted and was not contacted. I left messages on my chart. No response. This is so unprofessional, rude and despairingly unreliable. I will probably be calling a different office and giving them my test results myself. If they don’t get deleted too.

If zero stars were an option… Was told I needed to get blood work and they sent me for labs at Hudson headwaters. When I got to HHHN I was told Dorsey’s office requested the wrong labs. Took multiple phone calls to get ahold of a nurse who then sent the correct lab requests to HHHN. This was on 9/14/2023. It’s now November and I have 7 unreturned voicemails/calls to his office. Sadly never got to see Dr Dorsey, the other doctors I saw were amazing and was looking forward to working with him. Sadly his front end office staff is terrible. They are rude and refuse to accept any responsibility for their mistakes and lack of staff. Though Dr Dorsey may be an exceptional Doctor, his staff makes him look awful. Patients mental health is completely ignored by this office.
