Dr. Dorsey is wonderful.
Dr Dorsey and his attending staff; Ultrasound technician, 2 nurses, performed a biopsy harvest on my thyroid yesterday. It went very well, very minimal discomfort. Dr Dorsey left a very imperceptible pin mark where he inserted the tube to extract the 4 biopsies. Today it has healed nicely. There was no inherent pain , no infection, redness, etc . Have been having a lot of issues since a surgical menopause. Got a referral there. They said they needed recent lab work and tons were sent over. Just to say they wouldn’t accept the referral. Little tip. Things can still be “off” even if the bloodwork is fine. Even the referring doctor was absolutely disgusted that the referral was denied.
I have done all my bloodwork work the day of my appointment 1/15, ultrasound 1/17. I tried scheduling an appointment through the my chart, request was deleted and was not contacted. I left messages on my chart. No response. This is so unprofessional, rude and despairingly unreliable. I will probably be calling a different office and giving them my test results myself. If they don’t get deleted too.
