Dr. Giacomo is actually really great. I contacted the office to get paperwork for my son on 6/25. I was given the run around for 2 days stating that this needed to be handled by Maria. Found out on Monday 7/29 that Maria was out of the office and she told me that was not her job to handle. I needed to speak with a nurse. I was then forced to have a visit. I was forced to find a way from work to have my 5 yr old son sit in on the call. I was told my son had to be on the visit but never once was he acknowledged. I did everythi... read more
