All my visits have been amazing. From the staff greeting me, to the nurses, Dr and scheduling. My two procedures were very easy and zero problems. The hospital staff os amazing. Jessica is the best hospital nurse
Dr. Schiesser is great.
I am a 3 year patient of Dr J. Shah and wouldn’t change a thing. I recently moved 30 miles away from his office and refuse to research a new Gastro in my area. I told Dr. Shah, “I enjoyed the scenic ride” LOL. The staff was (always) welcoming, assisting, and personably knowledgeable about me and my diagnosis. Felt just like family.
Dr. Schiesser was knowledgeable, compassionate, and very focused on what I had to say.
Dr. Schiesser is the best. I won't see anyone else.
I have never had a problem with Dr Shah or his staff. He explains things well. He does not rush. He is very compassionate. I trust him completely.

Dr. Shah is a great doctor! Both my husband and I see him and have been very pleased with him. It's his staff that I don't like and that's why I'm giving 2 stars. His staff does not return voicemails nor texts. I shouldn't have to drive to different clin8cs to get the answers I need from Dr. Shah. Lupita is the WORST medical assistant EVER!!!! Lupita will not do what she promises it goes on deaf ears. Dr. Shah really needs to look at the service his staff gives as it's a reflection on him.
