Dan Roth built a home for us about a year ago. We were very disappointed in Dan's work. There were a number of problems off the bat and rather than working with us to resolve them, Dan took an adversarial stance. In particular, Dan claimed he made an error in estimating the cost of our windows and wouldn't honor his price. He then held up construction for 2 months until we found different windows from a different supplier and paid him extra for them. We had to do that ourselves, as Dan refused to resolve the problem.
