Dr. Martin is genuinely one of the most knowledgeable and thorough doctors I’ve ever been to. Not only that, but he is polite and friendly as well. Just last month, Dr. Martin completed a septoplasty and bilateral turbinate reduction on my nose to help improve my breathing and the surgery could not have gone better. Dr Martin came highly recommended for ENT specialist and he didn’t disappoint! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, great with discussing issues, listening and providing helpful advice and remediation. Scheduling and promptness were great. Staff were all outstandingly professional and friendly. Kimber at reception is really helpful and takes care of little details that might get missed. Overall, you leave feeling you were heard and cared for.
We returned for the second time in a year in this office due to being close to home and give Dr. Martin and his staff a second chance but today i am 100% sure is not a serious Dr Office . This has been a life changing experience. I'm 57 and have had 30 plus years of irritation by the constant urge to clear my throat and nose. Using a CT scan, Dr Martin diagnosed my problem. I had a deviated septum and my entire sinus cavity was covered in polyps. After informing me of the risks, we scheduled surgery and his performance was excellent. Dr. Martin diagnosed my chronic sore throat as acid reflux from my stomach in one visit. I had this sore throat over a year and no other doctor believed me. Also he helped me with a second visit with my blocked ear and hearing loss. No other Dr would do a hearing test! Dr. Martin rocks and knows his stuff.
