Dr. Martin is genuinely one of the most knowledgeable and thorough doctors I’ve ever been to. Not only that, but he is polite and friendly as well. Just last month, Dr. Martin completed a septoplasty and bilateral turbinate reduction on my nose to help improve my breathing and the surgery could not have gone better. Dr Martin came highly recommended for ENT specialist and he didn’t disappoint! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, great with discussing issues, listening and providing helpful advice and remediation. Scheduling and promptness were great. Staff were all outstandingly professional and friendly. Kimber at reception is really helpful and takes care of little details that might get missed. Overall, you leave feeling you were heard and cared for.
We returned for the second time in a year in this office due to being close to home and give Dr. Martin and his staff a second chance but today i am 100% sure is not a serious Dr Office . The lady Nurse who came to get us moved to a different room due to the set up of that room came in with a strong demand that we follow her without explaining the reason why !! i had to ask her why !! then the test audiologist was in such a rush and did not take the time to perform an accurate test of my mothers hearing i am a certified audi... read more
