Dr. Alsup at my yearly appointment prescribed me my yearly prescriptions one of which he He could only prescribe every six months he told me no problem call in and I’ll prescribe again without an appointment. I also had three appointments with him within four weeks treating a sinus infection and other things. Which again he said call in Within the year and he will help with prescriptions. Dr. Alsup had no intentions of listening to my wife's complaints. The only thing he wanted was a covid test. This is what's wrong with healthcare right now some doctors do not have intentions of looking into your symptoms they just want blame it on covid. He was disrespectful and rude.

Dr Alsup is an amazing & caring Dr. He listens & explains things & is very helpful.
He missed and rescheduled 3 appointments of mine within a 6 month period. The first 2 times I was notified the 3rd and last time they didn’t even bother calling. The next day I was dropped as a patient because I had called to much asking about my prescription which was to be filled that day so I was not out of medication.
I havent had insurance for almost 3 years & had a few things I needed to discuss. Dr Alsup spent less than 2 minutes with me, made me feel rushed & didn't even listen to anything I had to say. He dismissed what I was saying about previous medications & gave me a referral to another doctor. He sent me down for an x-ray and then took 4 viles of blood without telling me specifically what they were for. I got a letter from him today saying my labs were normal & reminded me to wear my seat belt!
Was a patient for 10+ years and all of a sudden he dropped me and my kids from his practice.
Good Dr. when he isn't running behind. His RN is not friendly. I've been going to Alsup for many years.
